  • My friends referred me to Jennifer, and I am so glad she was my buyer’s agent! I really valued her industry and neighborhood knowledge, and her directness. In one of the most fast paced markets anyone has seen in decades, I appreciate that Jennifer always had a professional strategy and answers to my many questions.   • I had planned on interviewing a few agents, however once I met with Jennifer I immediately knew she was the one! She never pressured me and came to my listing appointment prepared with pricing, marketing strategies and more! She was always responsive throughout the listing and negotiating process and she went above and beyond to get me the best deal. I was able to close for $40k over list price!   • I am glad that I have selected Jennifer Dobbs as my selling agent since she was able to sell my house for Top dollar. From day 1 till the closing of the house, she was very responsive and updated me at every step in the process. She sent cleaners and also did the necessary repairs to the house that came up during the inspection report. I would definitely recommend her to anyone trying to buy or sell houses in Florida.

  • We were out of state sellers and were left in a really tough spot from a previous realtor. I did my research and landed on Jennifer. I happened to send an inquiry email to see if she was taking clients and she responded within 15 minutes. Fast-forward to 3 WEEKS from first contact and we just closed on the house! Jennifer is an impressive agent. She was an incredible support throughout the experience; she was knowledgeable, confident, and direct.   • We hired Jennifer to sell our in-laws house, and she did not disappoint! She advised us not to put any money into fixing up the house cosmetically and it paid off.   • Jennifer did a great job & the process was easy.
    She followed Covid safe practices & offered digital signing options. We signed up, went on vacation, and came back to an offer over asking price! From there, she didn’t bother us while we were working and she gave us all the updates about the estimate and buyers mortgage acceptance via text and voice calls. The process was seamless and unobtrusive. I definitely recommend Jennifer. Great job!
